Working with local school boards from all over the country to create specific parameters for their schools, teachers use the Lancer platform to showcase various projects for their students.

Visitors to our site can then support these projects, completely or in part. In addition to community support, local and national brands will also provide funding for specific initiatives.

Partnerships: Streamlined
Mental Health Support: Attainable

School Boards Choose. Teachers Create. Community Supports.

Through feedback from teachers and school boards, Lancer forges partnerships with local, national, and international brands and institutional donors that may have been previously out of reach, especially for rural and indigenous communities.

Lancer partners with leading Canadian mental health institutes and donors to better provide evidence-based support and pilot-projects to more students.

Projects partially or completely funded by sponsors will be mentioned for each successful project launched.

Where it Starts

Lancer was created by Virtual Philanthropy North to significantly increase resources for Canadian students and educators. That starts with deep partnerships with local school and Indigenous boards.

Lancer understands that by strengthening the bandwidth and input of those most closely representing the needs of schools, increases the likelihood for driving of success.

If you represent a school board or Indigenous community in Canada and want to either partner with Lancer or learn more information, contact us using the button below.

Why Mental Health Matters

Student mental health is one of the key pillars of Lancer's mission. Since the start of COVID, mental health amongst school-aged children has worsened overall, despite an influx of tools and potential solutions.

Left unresolved, this could result in several serious outcomes, from poorer performances in class to elevated levels of depressions and thoughts of self-harm. Lancer is partnering with some of the leading organizations in Canada to improve the flow of resources specific to mental health for Canadian students.

As important as it is to expand the opportunities and experiences of our Canadian youth, it is most important to fortify the minds that we aim to enrich. If you are an organization working on mental health and would like to learn more or partner with us, please contact by following the link below.
